Under the patronage and in the presence of Kuwait University President, Prof. Dina Musaed Al-Mailam, the Institutional Innovation Department — affiliated with the Assistant Vice President for Institutional Development, Dr. Dalal Al-Taweel, and supported by the Vice President for Planning, Prof. Osamah Al-Omair — organized a specialized training course entitled "Change Management" in collaboration with Boubyan Bank.

The program was organized as part of Kuwait University's commitment to developing its institutional work environment and enhancing the efficiency of its human capital. It aimed to equip participants with the practical tools used for effective change management and continuous improvement, through hands-on training in process redesign, procedure streamlining, and waste reduction.
