The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs organized the Orientation Program for new academic and supporting faculty members for the academic year 2025/2026, in the presence of KU President Prof. Dina Al-Mailam, along with vice presidents and their assistants. The program comes as part of the University’s commitment to supporting new staff, familiarizing them with the university environment, regulations, and the latest educational practices.

The Office of the Vice President for Planning also presented an overview of the University’s Strategic Plan (2018–2028) and organizational structure.

As part of the accompanying exhibition, the Institutional Innovation Department, representing the Office of the Vice President for Planning, showcased its role in promoting a culture of creativity and innovation, empowering different sectors to adopt it, and encouraging the university community to propose institutional innovation projects aligned with the Strategic Plan. These initiatives aim to enhance the University’s academic and administrative environment while improving services and operational efficiency.
